His belief in intense skill work with great detail to the development of the player from both a physical and mental side really sets him apart. Coach Paul was a head high school coach and coached high school basketball for 8 years in the Washington DC area. He was born and raised in Scotland, United Kingdom and moved to Virginia, United States in 2005 to follow his basketball goals.
